3. Account Registration and Security

Account Ownership

Each player is permitted to hold only one h5mcw account. The account is non-transferable and must not be shared with or accessed by any other person. You must:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. h5mcw does not accept third-party deposits.
• h5mcw reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit if fraud, money laundering, or regulatory concerns are suspected.
• All deposits are non-refundable once gaming activity has commenced on those funds, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours, subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are returned to the original deposit method wherever possible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering policies.

• Funds originating from an active bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See the Bonuses section below.
• h5mcw may request additional documentation to process large withdrawal amounts in compliance with financial regulations.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

h5mcw offers a variety of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account once the qualifying deposit or action has been confirmed. Promotional credit cannot be transferred, exchanged, or cashed out directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirement (rollover conditions).
• h5mcw reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, change bonus terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion if abuse, collusion, or system exploitation is detected.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh are time-limited and expire on the stated end date. Unused bonus credit will be automatically removed after the expiry period.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

h5mcw is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of fraudulent betting arrangement.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game to generate winnings that would not otherwise be possible under normal operating conditions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any element of the h5mcw platform, including its RNG systems, payment processing, or security infrastructure.

h5mcw uses real-time monitoring, certified RNG technology, and regular third-party audits to ensure game integrity across all cricket betting, slots, live casino, and crash game categories. Any player found violating fair play rules will be permanently banned without the right to appeal.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the h5mcw platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software code, interface design, game artwork, promotional imagery, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of h5mcw or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. Nothing on this platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written permission of h5mcw.

h5mcw does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, and system upgrades may temporarily affect service availability. h5mcw will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

9. Amendments to These Terms

h5mcw reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility as a registered player to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations.
